Wateen Telecom, Pakistan’s leading converged communications service provider, is once again collaborating with Faysal Bank Limited, one of Pakistan’s top banks operating in all major cities. Wateen Telecom will now provide fiber connectivity to an additional 43 branches of Faysal Bank.

Faysal Bank is already using Wateen connectivity for its 190 branches. With the addition of the new branches, Wateen will now be connecting a total of 233 branches of the Bank. Wateen Telecom won the project after tough competition with other vendors, primarily due to the company’s extensive network coverage in Pakistan and customer-centric approach.

Commenting on the project, Mr Naeem Zamindar, CEO Wateen Telecom, said, “Wateen is committed to provisioning of cutting-edge digital solutions for our partners in financial services as well as other sectors.”

Even though Wateen Telecom has undergone several changes in the past few years, the company has maintained an exceptional level of customer service for enterprise customers, as well as general consumers. Wateen offers organisations support for planning, implementation and management of their network, and is a Cisco-certified gold partner.
